Frequently Asked Questions
BusinessCare
Isn’t this just another type of strategic planning service?
No: there are already many others who provide such services.
In our view, the problem is that many users cannot properly capitalise on strategic advice because they have not paid enough attention to the fundamental foundations of their businesses. For example, they might sign up with a successful sales and marketing company, only to run into difficulty when they realise that their financial systems are insufficient to cope with a large increase in sales.
BusinessCare complements strategic planning by helping clients to check first that they are building on a firm footing.
IBC have years of training and practical experience in this area and can also recommend experts in most fields if specific advice or skills are required.
How long does it take to do?
A one off review looks at a whole business and can be done in a few days.
An ongoing review is done at the client’s pace and deals with each area of a business in turn. It has the benefit of allowing the client to prioritise and proceed at a steady pace, usually over a period of months.
How much does it cost?
This depends on the size and complexity of the business.
The cost of a one off review is agreed and fixed with the client at the outset: an ongoing review is based on fixed monthly amounts, again agreed at the outset.
Can I change my mind after signing up?
Yes: there are no extended tie-ins. If we have already started work, all we ask is that clients agree to give us one months notice to stop using the service.
